Discover a breakfast selection of classic favourites, self-service stations offering something for every taste, comforting dishes and a tempting range of desserts to round off your meal on a sweet note. And because the little ones deserve a special place too, there are dishes just for them.

Classic Benedict – Poached egg served on an English muffin, with bacon, chives and hollandaise sauce.
Scrambled Eggs – Bacon, sausage, roasted tomato and toasted English muffin.
Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, chicken breast, Parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing.
Beef Burger – Beef burger in a mini brioche bun, with lettuce, tomato, Cheddar cheese, crisps, mayonnaise and ketchup.
Vegetarian Burger – Lupin burger with sweet-and-sour onions and Cheddar cheese.
Cream of Vegetable Soup – Croutons, chives and a touch of Taylor’s olive oil.
Codfish in Cream – Potato, béchamel sauce and a cheese gratin with Ilha cheese.
Duck Rice – Oven-baked rice with duck, topped with a gratin crust and Beira cured meats.
Pancakes – Raspberry jam, chocolate sauce, strawberries, icing sugar, whipped cream, walnuts and almonds.
