FAQs
What are the timings for New Year’s Eve?
Dinners start at 7.30pm. The party at Lodge 6 starts at 11pm and finishes at 4am.
Does my dinner ticket include entry to the party?
Yes. All New Year’s Eve dinner tickets include entry to the party at Lodge 6.
Where can I exchange my ticket for a wristband?
If you have booked dinner, you will receive your wristband at the entrance to your restaurant. If you have a party-only ticket, please exchange it for a wristband at the Oenophilia wine shop.
Where can I watch the fireworks?
You can watch the fireworks from the restaurant where you have booked dinner or, if you prefer, join the celebrations in WOW’s Central Square.
Is parking available at WOW?
Parking is available at WOW, but spaces are limited. We recommend using public transport and planning your journey in advance.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. A cloakroom is available at Lodge 6 for €2 per person.
Which items are not allowed?
Drinks brought in from outside, glass items, cans and sprays are not permitted.
Is the event accessible, and is medical assistance available?
Yes. The venues are wheelchair accessible, and a medical team will be available throughout the event.
