The menu begins with focaccia served with butter, tapenade and olive oil from our estates, followed by characterful starters such as a handmade aged-beef croquette with mango chutney, hand-cut beef tartare with Avruga caviar, and aged picanha roast beef. The journey continues with flavours from the sea, including grilled sardine served with yellow cornbread and roasted pepper gel.
For the main course, a striking tomahawk steak to share takes centre stage, slow-confited and served with homemade potatoes, a trilogy of peppers and a green leaf salad. The meal ends with an intense 71% cocoa chocolate dessert with red berries and raspberry gel, completing a dining experience carefully paired with wines from different Portuguese regions.
Fireworks and celebrations
After dinner, you’re invited to join the São João street party and enjoy the magnificent fireworks display from WOW’s Central Square, with stunning views over the city of Porto, the Douro River and the Luís I Bridge.
Then stay with us into the early hours, with plenty of music, dancing and entertainment — surrounded by friends, family and the joyful spirit of São João. The celebration goes on until 4am, making this one of the most vibrant nights of the year.
