HOW IT WORKS?
RESERVATIONS
- Date and time of visits and workshops subject to confirmation with WOW Educational Service.
- If there is a delay of more than 30 minutes on the day of the visit, the agreed time may not be guaranteed.
- Visits should be booked as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
- Pre-reservations will be made by contacting the Educational Service (see contact details below).
- Reservation confirmation must be made in writing, via email, at least one week before the date of the visit.
- Confirmation must include the expected number of participants (students and teachers/adult companions).
- Failure to confirm in writing will invalidate the pre-booking.
GROUPS
- School groups should ideally have more than 30 students, we can divide the group into several smaller ones to make the most of the visit.
- We appreciate that any change in the number of participants is communicated up to 3 days before the visit.
- If, for some reason, a student is unable to attend the visit, the teacher can collect a ticket for the museum so that the student can visit at another time.
